HOMEWORK TASKS wk4/5
Task 1 - Leave a comment on another blog
Choose one of the blogs in the column on the right hand side and post a comment on one of the learning activities they have done. You need to say something positive and encouraging about their learning, and also leave a question for them to reply to on our class blog (so you will need to leave a link to our class blog).

Choose two of the posts below to leave a reflective comment on it (Carnival, Technology, or Rm10 Portraits).
Carnival - What are you most looking forward to on Carnival Day? Who do you think is going to be more successful? (Make sure you don't give away our ideas)
Technology - You can comment on the Technology you are most looking forward to, or something cool you have been doing during Tech.
Rm10 Portraits - What was the most challenging thing about completing your faces? Are you happy with how your face turned out?
Make sure your spelling and grammar is accurate.

Technology!
Today was the first day of our Tech cycle! The students in Room10 are split into 6 different Tech groups; Visual Art, Music, Dance and Drama, Hard Materials, Food Technology, and ICT. Here are some photos of their specialist learning experience:

Rm10 PORTRAITS
We have been working very hard on our portraits during Art time. It all started with a very awkward photo on the very first day of school, and now their masterpieces are almost complete! Keep an eye on this space for their finished products :)

Task 1 - Practice your Basic Facts

Testing, weeks 1,2,3
All students at Otumoetai Intermediate school have been busy sitting a wide range of tests over the past few weeks. We are ALMOST done, and all the data will be explained and discussed at the Parent Teacher evening on 12-13 March. The data collected from these tests also help shape the learning programmes we create for our students.
